‘YOU Matter to Us…”
In the news right now, there are crazy things going on, daily it seems that everywhere we turn, there is something in the news that will just break your heart.
I recently took the opportunity to let everyone in our company know that our mission here at Kirk & Company Real Estate, is to make sure that ALL OF OUR CLIENTS KNOW THAT THEY ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF OUR BUSINESS! I can only Hope that those that I have served through my real estate business can attest that I am Striving to Be the BEST Me I can Be and hopefully that shows through my Character, My Honest dealings, My Integrity, My Transparency and My Sheer Determination to Give YOU the BEST of Me! In fact it is our mission statement. To sum it up for you here in this month’s Homeward Bound: YOU Matter to Kirk & Company!
We want to go after 5 Star Reviews from EVERY ONE OF THE PEOPLE WE SERVE. If the client can’t give us a 5 Star Review then we haven’t met the Kirk & Company 5 Star Effort. 5 Stars doesn’t mean that everything will be or was done perfectly. But just like an upscale restaurant messes up your dinner and THEN not only does this restaurant replace the meal, but the Owner of the establishment -the Chef- and the Server comes over to your table, they each give you a heartfelt apology, they also tell you that your ENTIRE dining experience is ‘On the House’ to encourage you to give them another chance…it is the EFFORT that was put forth to make your EXPERIENCE the best possible...that is what earns them a 5 star review. It is a ‘5 Star Effort to a Perfect Experience’. THIS is what we are after. Everyday, for Every Client, on Every Transaction. We are to Serve with a 5 Star Effort. It is, has always been, and will always be the Kirk & Company way.
Yes! We love selling real estate, but the reason we do it better than most, I believe, is because we approach everyone and each other with that mission in mind: You Matter to Us. This way of thinking means we must go beyond what is required. This may help explain why we also do things differently than other real estate companies, like donating portions of our income to worthy causes.
And speaking of worthy causes…
Your friends, family members, co-workers and neighbors, who may be considering a move can now do so and celebrate true independence from the fear of getting stuck with two homes or none at all.
And remember… Your referrals help the Children…
We are VERY CLOSE to reaching our goal of donating $5,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. They are very good at the work they do in helping kids fight cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Remember, the families never receive a bill from the hospital for treatment, travel, housing or food. So you probably know, they need sponsorships and donations to continue to make this happen. We are committed to donating a portion of our income from home sales to this very worthy cause. So, YOUR REFERRALS they really do HELP THE KIDS…
